The Pennacook Pregnancy Center offers FREE and confidential pregnancy testing for women of all ages and circumstances. Call us today or drop by the center during our regular hours which are Mondays through Thursdays, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
If your test results are positive, we can provide the necessary forms to help you obtain Medicaid benefits. If your test results are negative, but you still think you may be pregnant, you can return again in one week to re-test.
For many women, this is the easiest and most natural choice. Even though this is an unexpected pregnancy, becoming a mother is often in future plans. The Pennacook Pregnancy Center is here to help you get whatever care you need during your pregnancy and after your baby is born.

It is very difficult to think of not being able to raise your child, but sometimes it is simply not possible. Adoption is a beautiful gift to your child and a loving couple. You can even choose adoptive parents from a waiting list of approved couples. We can connect you with very reliable adoption and prenatal services at no cost to you.
The Pennacook Pregnancy Center will help you obtain the information you need so you are informed about all aspects of abortion. Abortion has many emotional and physical risks. We understand that it is a difficult and permanent choice, so we are here to help guide you and make sure you are prepared for this choice.
If you are pregnant, you are not alone. You have options and we can help you figure out what is best for you. The more you know, the better prepared you'll be to make an informed choice. Only you can decide what to do and your decision will have a major impact on your life, whether it be parenting, adoption, or abortion.
